The ups, the downs, what stuff didn’t work and finally the one thing that did help me achieve my personal goal of building muscle.
I wanted female attention, I wanted to look cooler at the beach, I wanted to be the guy who’s captain of the school football team, I was sick and tired of it and wanted to do something about it. I tried this, I tried that and finally tried something else. All of these failed me, extreme diets didn’t work and made me even skinnier, going to the gym sucked, I tried all the recommended workouts for getting ripped, I wasn’t getting anywhere and finally protein drinks didn’t work either. When I first started, I made every mistake in the book. But with the help of a few fitness mentors, I finally learned the exercise and nutrition strategies that get you into great shape. Eventually I stumble across a solution, I couldn’t believe how well it worked. However, I didn’t like the fact that of 2 the 3 advertised bonuses are quiet important parts of the muscle building program. It is nice that Mr Kyle Leon calls them “Bonus”, but the system would not be complete without them. Once I learned and followed the dieting program, I got into shape surprisingly fast. Workout Plan…How its influenced by your body type!

Today I want to share with you a very important conclusion of the solution to my dieting problem the Kyle Leon’s course: The way your body type affects your muscle building workouts.

In its most basic form, we have to distinguish between 3 body types. Every body type needs a different set of rules to achieve the best muscle gain possible. It effects what you should eat and the timing of your muscle building diet and it effects the duration and the intensity of your muscle building  workouts.

I know what you are thinking right now: John, if this is so important how come that the latest muscle building program I purchased does not mention this at all? See, the “Ho to put on muscle” industry generates billions every year. Just like the diet industry, the muscle building industry is not interested in offering you final, perfect solutions on how to get ripped fast. That’s why they offer you “one size fits all” solutions. They are easy to generate and almost ensure that you will be back in no time.

In the same way that there is no perfect dose or the best muscle building supplement for everyone, there is no perfect way to eat and train that fits each and every person.

Take me for example: I am a hard gainer. This means I had a very hard time packing on some muscles. I read all the muscle building tips from the magazines, but believe me, this is something they rarely tell you. For me the timing of meals was less important. When I started to work out, I could off eaten some carbs at night and still I would not off gained any fat around my midsection. I did however have to eat tons of protein to see some results.

If you on the other hand gain fat quickly, the game changes completely for you. Usually, you tend to build muscle faster, but the gains come at the price of a lot of extra fat. You don’t have to look at putting tons of protein into your muscle building diets; you do however have to be careful of what carbs you consume and at what time.

Take these muscle building tips into account when planning your next muscle building diet plan, I have also included a few helpful D.I.Y. workouts  which I found beneficial with this product that helped me become an alpha male and get ripped by just using an exercise ball. Workouts for getting Ripped – with only a ball!

When deciding which workout plan to go for if your like me you will chose the least expensive method which in today’s recession is basically a D.I.Y. workout, the only two items required is you and an (£3.26)  not that expensive but very effective. I am going to give you two simple exercises which I found helped me get ripped in the quickest amount of time.

The plank ab exercise:

How does it work?

This exercise targets the shoulders, arms  back and as well the important muscle core.

Now enters the ; this increases the intensity level of this movement, in turn helping to create your desired abs without the gym.

The exercise:

Two ways both cause the abs to contract harder by decreasing your stability:

1st: Place your forearms on the ball:

  • Clasp your hands together
  • Place wrists and forearms so they are on top of the ball.
  • Legs are extended directly behind you, knees are straight.
  • Body is in diagonal position and your feet about a hip-width apart, balancing on your toes.
2nd: Place your feet on top of ball:
  • Position your hands on floor.
  • similar position with your hands clasped.
  • Rest your body on to your wrists and forearms
  • Lift your feet up one at a time
  • The front of your feet have to be balancing on the ball with your toes pointed back.

The tricky part is to prevent your hips from rising or dropping while you maintain the straight diagonal position (plank position) for up to 1 minute.

Now another exercise I found beneficial for targeting my abdominal area while at the same time increasing your balancing techniques is a ball roll out.

So how is this done using our ball:

Again while placing your feet on top of the exercise ball, balance upper body on your hands while your stomach faces the floor. (Similar to plank above but this time your supporting yourself with your hands and not your arms.) Begin to tighten the ab muscles while rolling the exercise ball into the centre of your body, then bring your knees to your chest. Pause in this position and then uncoil yourself so the feet are extended behind you in the starting position. Control the movement to the best of your ability but try not to jerk the ball back.

The aim of this workout:

Perform 15 repetitions for 2 to 3 set totals.

These are my simple yet cost effective techniques I used to get ripped but they alone were not responsible for me achieving my ripped abs, I also tried all the varied diets even extreme dieting which just made me more skinnier. I did find a diet programme which removes the label ” one size fits all” solutions and which I use in all my workout routines, and that I can attest that they do work!
